Dear HPM Fellowship Directors:

A preliminary draft of the "HPM Competencies Evaluation Toolkit" is now available. You may download these tools in their draft forms and adapt them to suit your fellowship program for your PIF. We anticipate making further refinements of these instruments but want to get them out in their current form to help you now.

Please note that each tool includes some instructions for suggested use. Flexibility is emphasized, recognizing each fellowship program will have different settings and needs. Also note that each tool has a name, a signature line in the footer for appropriate attribution of credit at this stage, and a draft date.

We hope this is helpful to you. Again, we encourage you to interact with these tools as they are useful. We are not currently able to provide guidance for specific programs in the PIF process but do welcome general feedback on the Toolkit and individual tools as we continue the revision process.
